The Coffing Hoist JLC line of electric chain hoists is off the shelf, ready to go (includes the chain container) with standard 15 feet lifts. It is available from stock with 115/230 single phase, or 230/460 3 phase voltages in 1/2 ton, 1 ton, or 2 ton capacities.
